Got questions about your Email? We’ve got answers!

Your webmail is already setup. From a personal computer, you simply need to log into https://webmail.dtccom.net with your full email address in the Username field and your Password. If you are using a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), you will need to follow the instructions specific to its operating system (Android or Apple).


Note: For this guide, we recommend using Google's Gmail app, as it comes standard with Android devices. However, you can use these settings with the default mail app installed on your device.

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app .
  2. In the top right, tap your profile picture (if no picture is setup, it will be a circle with the first letter of your first name).
  3. Tap Add another account
  1. Select Other
  1. Enter your full email address (ex: [email protected]) and tap MANUAL SETUP
  1. Select Personal (IMAP)
  1. Populate the necessary fields accordingly:
    • Username: Enter your full email address here (ex: [email protected])
    • Password: Enter the password for your email account
  • IMAP Server: Enter pop.dtccom.net
  • Tap Next to continue

    2. Password: Enter the password for your email account
    3. SMTP server: Enter smtp.dtccom.net
    4. Tap Next to continue
  1. Select your preferences, then tap Next


Congratulations, your email is now configured!

Step 1: Email settings

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings (typically on your homescreen)
  2. Tap Passwords & Accounts

Step 2: Accounts & Passwords

  1. Tap Add Account
  1. Tap Other
  1. Tap Add Mail Account

Step 3: Setting Up

  1. Enter your name
  2. Enter your full email address (ex. [email protected])
  3. Enter your password
  4. Enter an account description
  1. Tap Next

Step 4: Mail Server Location

  1. Select IMAP on the top of screen
  2. Update your INCOMING MAIL SERVER settings
    • Ensure that the Email username is your full email address (ex: [email protected]) and that your Password is correct
  3. Update your OUTGOING MAIL SERVER settings
    1. In the Host Name field enter: smtp.dtccom.net
    2. In the User Name field enter: Your full email address
    3. In the Password field enter: Your email password
    4. Tap Next
    5. Tap Save
  1. Tap Save
