Elections will be held for directors in the Auburntown, Gordonsville, Temperance Hall and Woodland exchanges. The Nominating Committee has certified the following incumbent candidates:

• Kathy Pugh – Auburntown exchange
• James H. Dillard, Jr. – Gordonsville exchange
• Kurt Bass – Temperance Hall exchange
• David Parker – Woodland exchange

Event Details

• Gates open at 7:45 a.m.
• Voting will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• The business meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. or immediately following the final vote of anyone in line at that time.

Voting Information:

• Only registered DTC members are eligible to vote.
• A valid photo ID is required.
• For single memberships, only the named individual may vote.
• For joint memberships, either member may vote, but not both.
• Business memberships require a business affidavit.

To ensure eligibility to vote, any updates or changes to your membership must be completed by Thursday, September 4, 2025.
