2026 Annual Meeting

DeKalb Telephone Cooperative, Inc. d/b/a
DTC Communications will host its annual meeting on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the DeKalb County Fairgrounds in Alexandria.

Elections will be held for directors in the Milton, Norene and Woodbury exchanges. The Nominating Committee has certified the following incumbent candidates:

  • Jim Vinson – Milton exchange
  • Terry McPeak – Norene exchange
  • Brian Alexander – Woodbury exchange

Event Details

  • Gates open at 7:45 a.m.
  • Voting will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • The business meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. or immediately following the final vote of anyone in line at that time.


Voting Information:

  • Only registered DTC members are eligible to vote.
  • A valid photo ID is required.
  • For single memberships, only the named individual may vote.
  • For joint memberships, either member may vote, but not both.
  • Business memberships require a business affidavit.

To ensure eligibility to vote, any updates or changes to your membership must be completed by Thursday, September 17, 2026.
